Return Policy Overview  

At Fittingly Furnished, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products. If for any reason you are not completely happy with one of our return-eligible products, please follow our simple and transparent return policy.

Return Policy Details 

Return Eligibility

    • In order for any item that you purchased from Fittingly Furnished (a “Product”) to be eligible for return, (i) you must provide proof of purchase, (ii) the return must be initiated within 10 days following the date on which such Product was delivered to you, and (iii) such Product must be returned in new, unused condition, free of any scratches, stains or damage.
    • In addition, pillows, artwork and lamps (“Small Products”) must be returned in their original packaging. All other Products (“Large Products”), including, but not limited to, coffee tables, sofas, armchairs, beds, and dressers, are not required to be in their original packaging.
    • If a Product shipped to you arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide proof of damage. Please note that damaged items are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
    • Clearance, final sale or “as-is” items are not eligible for return.

Return and Refund Process

    • To initiate a return, please email [email protected] within 10 days of delivery and include your order number and the reason for your return in the email.
    • For Small Products, we will provide you with a shipping label and the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund after the Small Product is returned to us and the return is inspected and approved as set forth below.
    • For Large Products, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the Large Product from you at the location to which it was delivered and deduct a 25% restocking fee from your refund after the Large Product is returned to us and the return is inspected and approved as set forth below.
    • We will inspect your returned Product within 10 business days from the date that we receive your return to confirm that the Product complies with this return policy, and we will have the right to accept or reject the return based on the result of our inspection. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method in an amount equal to the original price that you paid for the item (excluding original shipping and handling) minus the return shipping fee for Small Products or the 25% restocking fee for Large Products, as applicable. Note that refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after approval of the return.
    • If your return is not approved, we will notify you via email with further instructions.
